How do I place an order?

In order to place an order, simply add the edition of your choice to your shopping cart, and follow the purchase process step by step.

Do I need to create an account in order to place an order?

Yes, in order to process your order, we will need a few details: delivery address, billing information, email, etc.

Your account allows you to track the progress of your parcel.

Your personal information will not be sold or shared to third parties.

You can access your personal data and modify them via your account.

I forgot my username / password.

Your username corresponds to your email address.

If you have forgotten your password, click on Forgot your password? on the “Log in” page, and follow the instructions step by step.

If you encounter any difficulty, you can send us a message via the contact form.

How can I benefit from a launch price?

For each publication, you can benefit from a special launch price. It is available for approximately 3 days. Sign up for our newsletter in order to be informed about our releases (form at the bottom of this page).

How do I sign up to the newsletter?

To sign up to the newsletter, enter your email in the dedicated field at the bottom of our homepage.

Newsletters are only used to inform our subscribers of our releases, special offers and launch prices.

On average, we send one newsletter per month.

Emails will not be sold or shared to third parties.

Can I unsubscribe from the newsletter?

Yes, you can of course unsubscribe from the mailing list. Simply write to us using the contact form, or click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any newsletter.

How are the books manufactured?

We take pride in manufacturing fine editions. This is why we select every material with all possible care and work the best stakeholders in the profession. Likewise, our papers are made-to-measure in Italy, by a papermaker using only materials sourced from sustainable forests.

Quality is essential to us and we are one of the few publishers to have our slipcases handcrafted in France.

Each edition is meticulously checked and hand-numbered.

The same applies to our frames, which are assembled by hand, in our workshop in Normandy (France).

What are the delivery times?

All the editions available for sale are in stock. Orders placed from Monday to Friday before 1 p.m. UTC will be dispatched on the same day. After 1 p.m. UTC, orders will be dispatched on the following working day.

You will receive an email once your parcel leaves our warehouse containing your tracking number.

Depending on the country of destination, Standard Home Delivery will take 2 to 5 working days on average.

Where does SP Books deliver?

SP Books delivers all around the world.

How much does delivery cost?

For Standard Home Delivery, delivery is free for all orders above 50€ / £40 / $60.

How can I track my parcel?

Once your parcel leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

What happens if I am away when my delivery arrives?

The parcels must be signed for upon receipt, so if you are away, the parcel will be dropped off at the nearest parcel pickup point.

How do I apply a promotional code?

After adding an article to your cart, click on “Promotional code” on the “Order summary” page. Enter the code in the dedicated field and press “OK”.

What are the different payment methods?

You can either use your bankcard or PayPal.

In the payment form, you can pay using a Visa, MasterCard, Maestro or American express card.

If you want to use another payment method, you can also click on the PayPal link, below the payment form, to pay with a Discover, UnionPay, or JCB card.

How do I receive the invoice?

For every order, your invoice will automatically be sent to you by email.

You can also download your invoice anytime, in your account, in the section “Order history”.

Can I cancel an order?

If you wish to cancel an order, contact our Customer Service as quickly as possible.

If your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it.

Is the payment secure?

Your payment is completely secure thanks to the technologies of our partner Stripe and meets the standards TLS, PCI DSS, HSTS, AES-256 & PGP. Your bank details are always encrypted and are made completely illegible. We invite you to visit the Stripe website if you want more details.

How do I return a product?

First of all, let us know your intention to return a product via the Contact form.

Then, return your product to us in its original packaging:

Any damaged, stained or incomplete edition will not be refunded and will be sent back to you.

How long is the returns period?

If you change your mind, you have 14 working days to return a product.

When will I receive my refund?

After reception and verification of your return, we will process your refund within 14 days, by the same method you used to pay. You will receive a confirmation email.
